Greece Basic – 9 Nights/10 Days
Day 1: Arrival at the Athens International Airport
Upon arrival at the Athens International Airport. Then you will be transferred to the hotel and checked in. Later proceed for Athens by Night tour. The tour starts with a visit to the main Greek port of Piraeus, passing by the most important points of the city (City Hall, picturesque yacht harbor of Microlimanoetc). Following the principal avenues and passing by the Temple of Olympian Zeus, the National Garden, the Parliament, Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Catholic Cathedral, Academy, University, National Library, and the Old Parliament we arrive at Plaka. A short pleasant walk through the unique old Athens city to one of the popular taverns for dinner with live bouzouki music and Greek folk dances.

Day 2: Athens
Proceed to a full-day Saronic island cruise – The daily cruise across the Saronicgulf islands isn’t just a trip to three magical Greek treasures, Hydra, Poros, and Aegina. It’s much more than that. It’s an experience that you’ll never forget. Get on board and experience the harmonious combination of Greek hospitality and multicultural co-existence. People from all over the world, joined together, on the same wooden deck. A big group of people of different nationalities, customs, and cultures, along with the unique Greek hospitality and entertainment, will travel like never before. They’ll dance and sing together. From the moment the captain announces ‘full ahead’. until the ship is anchored to the final port. And all this, while sailing across the deep blue Mediterranean waters, enjoying our tasty foods and delicacies.
FIRST STOP HYDRA – First stop, the cosmopolitan Hydra, with its cobblestone alleys, its unspoiled – over the centuries unique architectural beauty, as well as the traditional means of transportation that you can find on the island, its donkeys, will make the visitors fall in love with it at first sight. The vessel remains at the port of Hydra for 1 hour and 55 minutes, giving enough time to the passengers to discover some of the most wonderful parts of the island, the beautiful forts and the impressive mansions, enjoying a walk along the picturesque alleys, or even discover the historic landmarks, by taking part in the historical walking tour of the island, (optional).
SECOND STOP: POROS
The next stop is the port of Poros. A leafy island, with an unsurpassable natural beauty and thousands of pine trees, expanding from the steep mountains to the sandy beaches, making Poros the island of romance and calmness. We stay at Poros for a 50-minute walk across the town and discover the city hall, the archaeological museum, the public library, the cultural center, and the white little houses on the island, and head towards the highest point of the island, to discover the historical and famous clock tower of Poros.
THIRD STOP: AEGINA
The last stop is the historical island of Aegina. The biggest island of the Saronic gulf, which took its name from the beautiful nymph that was kidnapped by Zeus. Aegina is well known across the world for its delicious pistachios, beautiful, “virgin” beaches, and the Temple of Africa. We stay at the port of Aegina for 2 hours. There is enough time to enjoy your coffee and pistachio sweets at the beautiful port or to participate in the optional historical tour of the island and discover its hidden treasures. After sailing back to Piraeus port you’ll be transferred to Athens.

Day 3: Athens – Mykonos
Transfer to Athens port board ferry to Mykonos – Mykonos is an island in the Cyclades group in the Aegean Sea. It’s popularly known for its summer party atmosphere. Beaches such as Paradise and Super Paradise have bars that blare thumping music. Massive dance clubs attract world-renowned DJs and typically stay open well past dawn. Iconic landmarks include a row of 16th-century windmills, which sit on a hill above Mykonos town.

Day 4: Mykonos
Mykonos city and Island Tour – The tour starts by walking the small and narrow streets, the guests see the famous windmills, and small churches and get information about the old town. After this they are exploring the island by bus, visiting some of the most famous beaches and the inner landscape. In the second main village of Mykonos, Ano Mera, where the guests have enough free time for a stroll around the traditional square and they can visit the monk monastery PanagiaTourliani built in the 16th century. The next stop is Kalafatis beach where there is time to relax a little and have a coffee or a refreshment (not included in the price), before going back to town

Day 5: Mykonos – Santorini
Transfer to Mykonos port on a seat in coach basis and board a ferry to Santorini. On arrival at Santorini port, transfer to hotel on seat in coach basis, check-in.

Day 6: Santorini
Full day free at leisure. A thousand sunsets, a thousand memories, a thousand heartbeats, colors of blue red & gold streaking the sky this is Santorini island … Poets have written about it; artists attempt to capture its beauty. Nothing can quite describe the unsurpassed magic of Santorini. This tiny Greek island in the Aegean Sea, rich in history & steeped in myth, is situated on the southern east tip of the Cyclades famous Cluster. Once for its seafaring captains & thriving trade from Russia towards England, France & Italy & even further back in time the biblical volcanic catastrophe of 1500 BC, today Santorini is one of the most popular holiday destinations worldwide.

Day 7: Santorini
Proceed for Volcano and Hot Springs Tour with Thirassia. The bus picks up clients from the designated pick-up points and drives them to Athinios port, in order to embark on the traditional boat. The first stop is at the isle of NEA KAMENI, also known as the VOLCANO. There, clients have the chance to climb to the crater of the Volcano, passing by many sulfur vents. After 1 ½ hour, the boat leaves the Volcano and heads to the small islet of PALAIA KAMENI or HOT SPRINGS, as it is called by the locals, formed by several Volcanic eruptions, with many hot springs along its coastline. There, clients have 30 minutes to swim in the warm yellow-green, sulfur, waters, considered to have healing powers.
The next stop is at THIRASSIA, the second largest island after Santorini in the Caldera. The island, located opposite Santorini, is a contrast to it, quiet and undeveloped, untouched by tourism. Here, clients will have 2 hours of free time to have lunch in one of the many small taverns or swim in the crystal clear waters. Alternatively, they can walk or take a donkey ride to the top of the island and explore the capital, Manolas village. Afterward, the boat leaves THIRASSIA and, sailing along the coastline of Santorini, returns to Athinios port, where the buses will be waiting to take clients back to their hotels.

Day 8: Santorini – Crete
Transfer to CRETE – Crete is the largest island in Greece and the fifth largest one in the Mediterranean Sea. Here, you can admire the remnants of brilliant civilizations, explore glorious beaches, impressive mountain shapes, fertile valleys, and steep gorges, and become part of the island’s rich gastronomic culture. Crete is, after all, a small universe teeming with beauties and treasures that you will probably need a lifetime to uncover!
