Day 1: Arrival at Chandigarh and transfer to Shimla

On your arrival at Chandigarh Railway Station / Airport drive towards Shimla, on arrival check in to the hotel, the rest of the day is at leisure. Overnight stay at Shimla.

Day 2:  Shimla-Kufri-Shimla

On a sightseeing tour of Shimla visit Kali Bari Temple, Jakhu Temple, and Sankatmochan Hanuman Temple, or stop for a while at the beautiful stained-glass – windows of Christ Church, which was built in the 1850s. Afternoon excursion to Kufri is an exotica of nature as a place surrounded by dense forest and snow-capped mountains amidst virgin peaks and nature’s flora and fauna where one can completely relax and tune oneself for natural beauty, evening free to enjoy the scenic beauty of Kufri. If time permits visit Fagu, Indira Gandhi Holiday Home, and enjoy horse riding (optional) in the apple orchards.

Day 3: Shimla – Kullu – Manali

Drive towards Manali to keep your cameras ready because there are many scenic spots as you pass through the Kullu Valley which is surrounded by the Shivalik Range of the Himalayas, Continue to drive towards Manali on arrival check in to the hotel.

Day 4: Manali – Rohtang Pass/Solang Valley – Manali

Drive towards the Rohtang Pass (Elevation – 3978 Meter / 13050 Feet), it is a high mountain pass that connects the Kullu Valley with the Lahaul and Spiti Valleys of Himachal Pradesh, the summit of the pass offers Panoramic Views of the distant peaks of the Himalayas, while on your way to Rohtang you can also visit Rahala Waterfall and Solang Valley, later return to Manali and the evening at leisure.

Day 5: Manali Local Sightseeing

On a local sightseeing tour of Manali, first, visit the Hadimba Devi Temple which is locally known as Dhungari Temple, it is an ancient cave temple dedicated to Hidimba Devi, the wife of Bhima from Mahabharata, after that visit the Manu Temple and Himalayan Nyinmapa Tibetan Buddhist Monastery, later in the visit the Vashisht Temple and Hot Water Springs and after that go to Mall Road.

Day 6: Manali – Dharamshala

Drive towards Dharamshala, on arrival check in to the hotel, visit the Tsuglagkhang Complex also known as the Dalai Lama Temple visit the Namgyal Monastery which is the personal monastery of the Dalai Lama. Later visit the Tibetan library and the Tibetan Institute of dramatic arts.

Day 7: Dharamshala – Bir Billing – Dharamshala

Drive towards the Bir Village located in the Joginder Nagar Valley, Bir is also known as the “Paragliding Capital of India” and is a noted center for Eco-Tourism, Meditation, and Spiritual Studies. Bir is also home to a Tibetan Refugee Settlement. On arrival in Bir drive towards Billing (16 KM / 1 Hour) for Paragliding Take-Off Point. Enjoy a Paragliding session of 15-30 Minutes; Land at Bir the rest of the day is free to explore Bir Tibetan Colony which has Monasteries, Cafes, and Tibetan Handicrafts Shops. Later return to Dharamshala and the evening at leisure.

Day 8:  Dharamshala – Dalhousie

Drive towards Dalhousie, on arrival transfer to your hotel, and the rest of the day at leisure or free for independent activities.

Day 9:  Dalhousie – Khajjiar – Chamba – Dalhousie

Drive towards Khajjiar which is known as Mini Switzerland it is a beautiful glade with forests at its fringes visit the Khajjiar Lake and Khajji Nag Temple after spending some time at Khajjiar drive towards the town of Chamba, Chamba is located on the banks of the Ravi River and is famous for its many temples here visit Akhand Chandi Palace, Chamunda Temple, Champavati Temple, Lakshmi Narayan Temple, Bhuri Singh Museum and Church of Scotland. Later drive back towards Dalhousie.

Day 10:  Dalhousie – Chandigarh & Departure

Drive towards Chandigarh, on arrival transfer to Chandigarh Airport / Railway Station for onward journey.
