Hanoi | Halong | Danang | Hochiminh

Day 1:  Hanoi  in  Arrival & Half day city tour

Hoan Kiem Lake Upon arrival at Noi Bai international airport and transfer to the city center for Hotel for check-in.

After a brief rest, proceed to visit Temples of Literature constructed in 1070 – dedicated to Confucius, sages, and talented scholars. It is the most famous temple in Hanoi, also functioning as Vietnam’s first university. Leave for a legendary Hoan Kiem lake and Ngoc Son Temple dedicated to a former general commander Tran Hung Dao for his struggle against Mongolians.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 2:  Hanoi – Ha Long Bay

Depart to Ha Long City. Spend 3.5 hours on a bus to see how beautiful landscape of the Red River delta. Upon arrival at the harbor, meet our Cruise Crew to join the fantastic journey around the New Seven Wonder on Luxury Cruise. Welcomed and check-in to cruise. Your seafood lunch will be served while the boat slowly slides on the romantic waves of the sea.

The afternoon is time for many interesting activities such as: visiting the cave, kayaking, swimming, sunbathing, cooking class enjoying special dinner dishes, and continuing the night program with the crew.

Day 3:  Halong Bay – Hanoi

Start your day with Tai Chi exercises or a photo hunt and enjoy the peaceful morning of Halong Bay.

Cruising to Titov island. Go swimming and relaxing at the beach of Titov or climb up to the top of the island for a panorama view of Halong Bay and return to the boat. Freshen up and check out of your cabin. Continue your cruise exploring the Bay, passing Ba Hang fishing village, Dog Islet & more. While heading back to the harbor, watch the fruit carving demonstration and participate in the Cooking Class before enjoying a traditional Vietnamese lunch. Evening tour with Cycle Riksha Tour +Water puppet show.

Overnight in Hanoi.

Day 4:  Hanoi – Danang – My son Hollyland – Hoi An Town

Transfer to the airport for your flight to Danang in the morning and arrive in Danang, transfer to the city for hotel check-in, and relax.

Depart for the ancient Cham ruins of My Son. Once there, visit the Tra Kieu capital which was the former administration center of the Champa Kingdom. Discover the majestic ancient ruins at My Son including ancient towers which were built in the fourth century.

Take a walking tour of Hoi An with some places: The Temple Kwan, Phuc Kien Temple, Tan Ky Ancient House, Phung Hung house, Japanese Bridge, and cultural showrooms in Hoi An.

Day 5: Danang – Bana Hill – Golden Bridge

Take Cable Car which gains 5 world scores to Ba Na hills station. Stop at By Night station to visit Vong Nguyet hills, Linh Ung pagoda, and The Old Villas of French. Continue moving up by cable car to the Nui Chua Mountain – The top of Ba Na range, visiting Ninh Phong top, Le Nim Villas, Orchid Garden experience the hill climbing train (first and unique funicular in Vietnam) and visit an old French cellar (Debay Ancient Wine Cellar), flower garden Le Jardin D’amour and Linh Ung Pagoda.

You should not miss walking on the Golden Bridge amid the foggy hills of the mountain, and enjoying the gorgeous view of Da Nang City. On arriving take a short city tour exploring the city with: Son Tra peninsula with Linh Ung pagoda, Cham museum, and Rong bridge.

Day 6: Danang –  HoChiMinh City (Saigon) – Cuchi Tunnel

Transfer to Danang Airport for your morning flight to Saigon.

Upon arrival in Saigon, you will be picked up and transferred directly to Cu Chi to explore the amazing site where Viet Cong hid during the War. It is now a popular spot for both Vietnamese and foreign tourists – the network of over 200km of tunnels became legendary when they played a vital role in the War. In their heyday, the tunnels were functioning underground cities including numerous trap doors, specially constructed living areas, storage facilities, weapons factories, field hospitals, command centers & kitchens. There is plenty of evidence of the fierce battle that took place here during the 1960s when Cu Chi was a “Free Target Zone”.

Visitors can watch a short introductory video showing how the tunnels were constructed before entering the tunnels. Spend the next hour exploring the tunnels. Afterward, enjoy tea and cassava (guerrilla food in wartime) and Return to Ho Chi Minh City & drop off at your hotel.

Overnight in Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).

Day 7: HoChiMinh – Departure

Proceed for half day city tour and visit the following if time permitting.

  • General Post Office
  • Passing the City Hall

Later transfer to Airport in time for your return journey.
